Control

Stress and anxiety are part of the majority of our daily lives. The constant “rollercoaster” of life is increasing in speed and some times it all becomes impossible to CONTROL.

However, the issue of control is probably causing the stress and anxiety.

Learning that there is very little in life that we can control is possibly the most important lesson I constantly need to lean and re-learn. If we look at our lives from “above” it becomes evident that the only thing we have real control over is our mind and it is up to us to guard it wisely.
